ZIAX and Thebodykitfactory – BEWARE! RIP-OFF Trader
I'm putting this message up as a
warning to anyone that is thinking about purchasing any items from ZIAX or THEBODYKITFACTORY
Before you purchase items from either

I purchased a set of Carbon Fibre 400R arches for our Skyline GTR on the 1st April. Mid June they still haven't arrived, I've had countless excuses since then with false hopes.
I thought I was alone until I read the following post on the SkylineOwners Forum where he has been banned you can read about several people who have had similar problems:

this guy sounds like a real con artist. Well done for getting the word out. Too many people get away with it these days
TRUST ME THAT KIT IS S**T. IVE SEEN IT……!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What about the hundreds of skyline owners that are happy over the years including – keith cowies r32 gtr the fastest in the uk, rk tuning, knight racer, loads of modded skylines here and abroad including parts for both the owners of skyline owners uk and usa, they only have some problems with carbon wetlay stuff the rest is fine.
Also just do cash collection if in any doubt and that would go for any trader you get to see the goods first and saves any problems.
Since this post was written and after resorting to threatening to take this to civil court, rogue traders and getting the police involved they finally arrived months after I paid in full. They were absolute rubbish, with pin holes and have been given to a professional painter to sort out. They returned and since they still are no good they have been thrown in the bin.
It was a waste of £200. If he can’t make decent carbon fibre why are the items still available for sale on his website? This warning still stands.
Managing expectations is a basic principle that any business owner should respect. He purposefully delayed the order as long as possible to avoid any comeback using Paypal as there is only a short time window in which you can make a claim.

I bought a full body kit off Ziax some 2 years ago before he moved premises, this included wide front and rear arches, side skirts, spoiler and front grill at a cost of £1200. After waiting 3 months for delivery after payment and various chase ups the kit finally arrived. It was badly made and did not fit, i have the picture to prove it!
I returned the kit but martin from ziax refused to take my calls and emails and did not reimburse me.
I had debt collectors visit him at his old premised and he made an initial payment of £275, but then relocated and disappeared. This was about the time he swapped from ziax to “the body kit factory”.
If you know his address I would be grateful if you would share it with me. Although I’m based in the north west i’d like to take a day off to visit him!

Okay you see any of my infused parts not wet lay and incidently im not making any wetlay carbon parts anymore only for the track, why dont you come back to me so i can offer you something in replace of the arches, my bootlids are unbeatable for quality and fit, door sills, rear skyline panel,bonnet lip, handle inserts.
What you also have to remember is most of the other traders dont make anything its just made abroad very cheap and shipped over,, there just dealers. If you want to give me a chance at some infused parts its up to you, and another point alot of the other traders get there vocabulary on selling the stuff from ME because i actually make the stuff most havnt really got a clue, knightracer – the term ‘resin infusion’ they got that from a post i posted on the owners club, if you want to give us another chance shan its up to you, and incidently it does show charachter that you let the other posts stand. Get back to me pls and not just cos of this post just because i want to my business back on track. Thanks
Considering the last post from Skymaster shows you have no morals and have no idea on how to run a business so you might as well just give up. I honestly can’t see you getting your business back on track when you have pissed so many people off. Loser!
If the carbon arches wernt to you suiting which is fair enough, they are still in the worse way be at least the value of what f/glass ones are so dont throw them in the bin.
It is a shame that it has to come to this in order to get some kind of response from ‘dodgy traders’. You obviously knew there were problems with the complaints so why wait until now to voice up and take responsibility. Good to see you are offering people the option to trade parts, just think it is too little too late for previous customers. I say concentrate on the new!
